Located directly on the long sandy beach sloping gently down to the sea, the resort is only some 3 km away from the historical centre of Side. Manavgat is approx. 6 km away and the airport of Antalya 65 km. The transfer time is approx.70 minutes.

352 comfortably furnished double and superior rooms, family suites and suites. All rooms have marble floor, telephone, satellite TV, safe, tea/coffee making facilities, mini-bar, air conditioning, hair dryer, bathrobe, bathroom, shower, WC, sea view and French balcony. Some double rooms have sitting area and balcony. The family suites and suites have a living/sleeping area, a separate bedroom, bathtub with jaccuzzi, balcony and sea view.
The honeymoon room has its own jaccuzzi. All rooms located close to the front desk have a W-LAN connectivity. Mini bar replenished daily.
The resort offers 3 conference rooms (with air conditioning) with a capacity of 80 to max. 500 people.F&B One buffet restaurant, 5 à la carte restaurants (Italian, Turkish, Chinese, fish, moonlight barbecue), 5 bars and a Turkish café.
