Reopening: Fully renovated SENTIDO Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada

Oberursel, June 2010 – The SENTIDO Crystal Bay Resort in Hurghada, Egypt, has reopened: the generously laid-out and luxuriously outfitted complex owned by the international hotel brand, SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts, was completely gutted, refurbished and reconstructed. Nestled in a garden landscape with a swimming lagoon and its own sandy beach, the resort, created in accordance with the SENTIDO concept of the senses, now offers a total of 364 rooms in several different categories (starting from 35 square meters), among them 113 suites with upmarket interiors. The dining facilities include an Arab café, two à la carte restaurants, as well as a buffet restaurant featuring “live cooking”. Fun in the water is provided by two pool complexes with a total area of more than three thousand square meters. Guests in quest of quiet and relaxation will find them in the new spa zone with sauna, steam bath, Jacuzzi, fitness room, massage, wellness and beauty applications.

Luxury Suites with Private Pool, Panorama Windows and Exclusive Royal Club Lounge

A further highlight in the reopened SENTIDO Crystal Bay Resort can be found in the 23 luxury suites with areas of 73 to 123 square meters. Separated living room and bedroom areas, a terrace, bathrooms with separate WC sections, bathtub and shower stall and additional comforts are parts of the standard outfitting. Some of the suites also have access to a private pool or a Jacuzzi with a sea view. Beyond this, VIP and suite guests also have exclusive access to the Royal Club Lounge as well as the Royal Club Beach Bar. “With the new Crystal Bay Resort, we have expanded our catalogue to include a unique resort that sets standards in Hurghada and offers a vacation in total accord with the SENTIDO concept of the senses,” says Karl Schattmaier, CEO of SENTIDO Hotels & Resorts.
